To 'call in' means to visit someone for a short amount of time. E.g. "I'll call in to see you for five minutes on my way home"

To 'call out' is to criticize someone for something they have done or said and to ask them to explain their behaviour

The correct answer is c) call off. To 'call off' means to cancel or abandon something.
